Left my wife at home today and headed for the mountains ...I was looking for for a good ride for some time now....

Heading East on the Bear Creek Road. Gatherings like this mean only one thing...death...and of course there were a dead dog laying by the fence....

The plan so far is to head for Yosemite NP, but then again, nothing is sertain....and I am open for any opportunity that comes along the way....

So next thing I know I was on the washed out mountain road heading up the hill....

I visited this area several years ago....and forgot how beautiful is up here...

The day was beautiful...forest roads were perfect and empty ....First stop Sweet Water Mine....

Huge fire hose looked like a giant snake....

Hello there! Is there any gold up there...?

Can't pass the opportunity to check out some junk....

Hey maybe it's good that I did not washed my bike ....I like it dirty anyway.....

For all you who live in the central valley...and love easy, beautiful day ride, get up there ...Ferguson Ridge....It's perfect ride....!

There are several other trails but I will leave them for the next weekend...

Looking down at the Hwy 140 and Merced river ...I am right above the rock slide....

After a little brake I headed back to Feliciona Mountain Road and back to the Midpines...

Perfect road...!

The only hazard on this road was bees and bumble bees ...there were tons of them above the road...

And later I found out why....

Hey you hunters and outdoors people...is this a bear poop...!?

Couple little water crossings....is as ruff as it gets on this road, so it's perfect for easy, beginners ride.... if you want to practice of road skills get up there...!

The road is moist so there were zero dust...and dust is annoying....

I came up on this little area, where the roadside was covered in colorful wild flowers....

So to finish my day I went to Yosemite NP, to see some waterfalls...they are beautiful and full this time of the year....

But that is a different story ...I will be back here in a couple of weeks and show you around...

I will make some time to hike those falls this year ...anyone would like to join me...?
