I met Bill on Chain Gang site several days ago. Same bikes, same passion ...so go figuire ...we decided to go for a ride together.

That Saturday morning we met in the gas station in Tracy. Like every person who has the passion for motorcycles we spend some time checking each other bikes, sharing some info...and piece of advice.Then we hit the road.

We chose the Mt. Hamilton as our destination for the first mutual ride. We both were new to this place and it is kind of in the middle from where we live.

The Miners road was really nice it had a lot of twists and hills...not very much traffic. Just watch out for the bicyclists. This Road very popular place to ride bicycles and motorcycles.

At the "Junction" the Miners road became San Antonio Valley Rd. and completely changes to flat and almost straight road but do not let it fool you! Couple of miles dow the road it is changes again...and this time ...it is climbing straight up the mountain. Switch backs are one after another and curves seems to be 270 degrees...watch your speed ...here..

One more curve and switch backs ended just as suddenly as it started. Seems that Bill enjoying this road so far..

Destination - Mt Hamilton

Almost there..

So it is more than just a top of the hill...it is entire observatory town here. Inside you can use the bathrooms and see some rely cool stuff. It is like mini museum there.

Going down on the other side...Talk about the steep and twisted road..

Yes..it is definitely popular place to ride the bikes. Several little groups came and left ...while we were there..

Mostly street bikes..

Back to San joaquin Valley ...stopped in Patterson for a little brake and coffle. Great ride...see you on the road Bill!!
